We want you to be satisfied with your jewellery and offer a full refund less a 25% handling charge.
All jewellery is thoroughly checked before posting.
Please contact us, by email, if you are dissatisfied with your jewellery. Please add a brief reason for the dissatisfaction.
You will then be issued with a returns code which must be quoted in your correspondence.
Jewellery must be returned in adequate packaging with full postage paid and registered to us.
Any jewellery must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to you.
Refunds will be made, less costs, to the same name and account from which it was ordered from. |
